Blatter, Platini and Valcke suspended for 90 days. Chung, he, was sentenced for six years

Met in Zurich since Monday, the trial chamber of the "domestic tribunal" FIFA made his decision without distinction in the scale of penalties and charges against the two leaders. Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini were both suspended from any activity in football (global, continental and national) for 90 days. This penalty can even be extended by 45 days.

In any case, this "yellow card" for Platini will seriously disturb or even completely derail the coming weeks his election campaign as this will prevent punishment of any activity in football during that period. "This morning, however, insisted the French, I sent letters of support required to be able to submit my candidacy for the presidency of FIFA. As I have always done since 2007, I will take my responsibilities after consulting the 54 National Associations UEFA member which I ask to meet soon in Nyon. At the same time, I will go to meet all the confederations and member National Associations of FIFA, in the spirit of openness that characterized me always".
The French should use all possibles remedies before October 26 (the date of filing of application files) to reduce or cancel the 90 days suspension.
