End of the one-child policy in China
China officially announced Thursday the end of the one-child policy and will allow all Chinese couples to have two children, according to a statement from the Communist Party reported by Xinhua news agency.
This decision, of historic significance, follows a relaxation two years ago - Beijing has allowed the Chineses to have two children if one parent was himself an only child - and is designed to correct the alarming gender imbalance (between male and female) and stop the aging of the population.

42 people died in a collision between a bus and a truck in Gironde
According to the prefecture reached by BFMTV, there are only eight survivors, five are injured, three are free. They have managed to get out of the bus smashing bus windows.
The bus passengers were elderly who went on a journey in Bearn. Sixty firemen mobilized. The bus was early left this morning from the town of Petit-Palais, Gironde, and went in the Landes. According to Jean-Michel Desplos, head of news items to Sud Ouest, "road conditions were good". Route 123, on which the collision took place, was narrow but it wasn't particularly wet or slippery. "I don't think the weather can explain this tragedy," said the deputy Florent Boudie on BFMTV, which, however, urges caution.
"The French government is fully mobilized on this terrible tragedy," said Francois Hollande, traveling in Greece. Manuel Valls is expected on site in 11 hours, he will be joined by Bernard Cazeneuve. The prefect, he is already there. Alain Juppe, Mayor of Bordeaux, he also went to the scene. This is the worst accident since 1982. At that time, 53 people including 44 children were killed in a bus accident in Beaune, Cote-d'Or.

Case Benghazi : Clinton impassive face of Republicans' attacks
The Conservatives have insisted on the safety measures that Hillary should have taken to protect diplomats in Libya. "Why their many requests, for better security, were they rejected in Washington ?" This question asked since 2012, was repeated again by Republican Trey Gowdy, and she has not received a new answer. "I had more sleepless you all together, they conceded the former Secretary of State. I haven't stopped thinking about what we could have done more."
Democrats, for their part, came back on the seven previous commissions of inquiry, which concluded that the chief diplomat of the time didn't take the wrong decision, and have repeatedly accused the Republicans of having as one goal of lowering Hillary Clinton in the polls.
The tension between the members of the commission was obvious and the aggressiveness against Hillary Clinton sometimes on the verge of rudeness, but at no time, the positions of each others did seem to evolve.
If the hearing of Hillary Clinton was to be an important moment in the investigation into the attack in Benghazi, it was also a day that was to mark a turning point in the current presidential campaign.
Republican side, it didn't mark the desired points, cause the Conservatives have failed to destabilize the former Secretary of State. Two Republicans and an expert of panel have also said before the hearing that the purpose was "to kill" Hillary Clinton.
Democrat side, they were worried, and they probably expect the new surveys, whether this interminable hearing prejudice the Clinton candidate. Clearly, the presidential party politicians had agreed to come to her rescue, and to be on the offensive, when she seemed in trouble.
In fact, Hillary was extremely well prepared. And if at times the candidate seemed tired or even exceeded, she never raised her voice, and never lost his calm. These are the Democrats panel members, like Elijah Cummings, who said aloud what she thought (probably) a low voice : "This is the time for Republicans to stop this costly investigation that leads nowhere. We must start to make politic in the noble sense".

Is the survival of Air France threatened?
The French company has had to face aggressive competition on all fronts. On the one hand the companies Gulf and Southeast Asia over the long-haul. Then, on the medium-haul market, with the race for cheap low-cost airlines, which have quickly gained significant market share by practicing unbeatable prices through production costs calculated as accurately.
On the short-haul, the TGV (High Speed Train) has won the bet. This new situation required "to completely rethink the business model of a company. Those that are agile manage to rehabilitate and those lacking agility suffer," said an expert.
Since 2008, the company accumulates losses. She should return to profitability this year after a first restructuring plan "Perfom 2015," which reduced the workforce by approximately 5 500 positions in 3 years. But for direction, further efforts are needed, particularly in terms of productivity for pilots to resume growth.

World War III may have started today
History will remember (perhaps), God forbid, that the third world war began Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
In 1914, it started a June 28 by the assassination in Sarajevo of Archduke of Austria. At the time, of course, no one had imagined that the attack, perpetrated far from the capitals, would lead to the slaughter of the Great War. This is the game of alliances and irresponsibility "sleepwalkers" which then governed the great powers that have led the world into the abyss.
Why a comparison with today ? It was learned, that on September 30, two new apparently less serious but which, combined, could be the double spark an explosion that many fear for some time. What is it about ?
First, Saudi Arabia would now boarded two ships flying the flag of his intimate enemy, Iran. The boats were, apparently, full of arms to the rebels outhistes Yemen that Riyadh fight militarily. This arrest is clearly a hostile act, if not war.
It occurs in a particularly tense atmosphere between the two poles of Islam. Tehran has fiercely criticized Saud, self-appointed guardians of the holy places, not ensure the basic safety of pilgrims to Mecca. An extremely serious accusation in these times of clashes between Shiite and Sunni.
That's not all. This Wednesday, September 30, Vladimir Putin made his puppet parliament vote by a law authorizing it to conduct a military operation in Syria. His aviation has already started shelling in Homs. It's known that on the field, the Russians will be allies Bashar regime and especially the Iranians. While opposite, West and Gulf Sunni countries conduct their own operations.
The two coalitions, which have, on several points, completely opposite objectives, risk finding themselves face to face. It seems, however, that Russian bombings that day had already struck a rebel position supported by the US - information that is not yet confirmed.
Anyway, so the fear is that the Kremlin, while at its outer statement to distract domestic economic rout, and Tehran, taken by the hubris (excessiveness) that followed the nuclear agreement of July to test the Maximum willingness of the other side. And see the Saudis, frightened by the rise of Shiite mortal enemy, cause its allies, including France, in an endless tussle, which could seriously degenerate.
Obviously, this nightmare scenario is not safe. It's not written that the present rulers are the "sleepwalking", they will not prevent military conflict from spreading beyond Syria and Iraq. But some actors of this part are so on edge that can not be excluded altogether.
