The winners of the 16th NRJ Music Awards

Kendji Girac, Tal and Daft Punk, the french side, Pharrell Williams, SIA and One Direction, the international side, were the main winners of the 16th edition of the NRJ Music Awards, held Saturday by NRJ and TF1 in Cannes. Stromae after his two trophies in 2013, this year received an "Award of Honor" failing to have been awarded in both categories in which he was named (video clip and Francophone Male Artist of the Year). The belgian gratified the audience of one of these amazing numbers that he has the secret delivering a capella version, accompanied by four backing singers, "Tous Les Memes", as he does on stage in the conclusion of his concerts . Lenny Kravitz, also present at Cannes, also received a trophy of honor.

On the french side, Kendji Girac, the last winner of the talent show The Voice, whose first album, released in September, is a big commercial success, was named "Revelation" of the year. His hit "Color Gitano" was also was voted "Song of the Year".
Daft Punk, absent, were rewarded in the "Francophone Group / Duo of the Year".
Matt Pokora, most awarded artist in the history of the NRJ Music Awards, was preferred to Stromae or David Guetta for the award of "Male Artist of the Year". Tal was designated "Francophone Female Artist of the Year" for the second consecutive year.
On the international side, the british boy band One Direction, one of the most applauded of the evening, was also named for the second year in a row in the "Group / Duo of the Year International" while Pharrell Williams was designated "International male Artist of the Year".
The australian SIA, meanwhile, wins two awards with the "International Song of the Year" (for "Chandelier") and the price of the "International Female Artist".

Ten of the 11 trophies were awarded according to the votes of the public between early november and early december on TF1 and NRJ sites. French song of the year, she was determined by public voting through SMS and telephone during the broadcast.
