Russia asks France to fulfill obligations



"I'm tired of this issue," said friday, december 5th russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov head-on reporters. The french Defense Minister, Jean-Yves Le Drian, warned on friday morning that Paris could "never deliver" ships. "It would take the russians are aware of this, he continued on BFM TV, we can not consider a delivery voltage conditions in which we are."
François Hollande has repeatedly said that the cease-fire was to be upheld in Ukraine before the delivery of the first boats. But the deadly fighting continued in eastern Ukraine, despite the signing of a cease-fire negotiated by Russia on september 5th.
Thursday, Kiev and pro russian rebels have announced a new cease-fire to take effect on december 9, new hope to end a conflict that has claimed about 4,300 lives since more than seven months.
