After Taj and Paris, Jermaine Jackson reacts

After his nephew Taj and his daugther Paris, it's now the brother of the "King of Pop" who reacts after the publication of the US media Radar Online which tarnish the image of the artist.

According to Jermaine Jackson, the Michael's brother,  the so-called "explicit documents" posted by Radar Online site had already been revealed at the trial of 2005. At the time, the defense lawyer had pointed several inconsistencies. On Twitter, the singer of 61 posted a series of tweets to prove the innocence of his dead brother.

"Sadly typical of imbeciles @RadarOnlineCom to recycle 'police report' story containing lies about Michael DISPROVEN long ago".
"All available evidence, reports & exhibits shown to jurors in 2005. Found him not guilty. Unanimously".
"Judge Melville signed off a press statement before trial which said prosecutors had confirmed no child porn was found".

The director and screenwriter Judd Apatow also shared a question with his 1.5 million followers on Twitter : "Why this evidences have they not been used at trial? Hard to believe they have not used, if they really existed".

June 13, 2005, after a further four-month trial, Michael Jackson was acquitted by the jury of the court in Santa Maria (California) from all the charges for which he was held, in particular those sexual touching of a minor.

After the on-line documents on the website Radar Online, defenders and relatives of Michael Jackson said it unpacking "pornographic documents" would be an abject way to make money on the star, on the occasion of the anniversary of his death on June 25.
