Meadow Walker, the daughter of Paul Walker, makes a complaint against Porsche

Remember, November 30, 2013, the famous actor from the film saga hit "Fast and Furious" was killed in a road accident in Porsche Carrera GT. His friend Roger Rodas, who was driving the car, was also killed instantly when very violent crash of the car that crashed into a tree and burst into flames.
Contrary to initial findings of investigators, made early 2014, according to which "the fatal crash was directly related to a deemed excessive speed", new documents released by lawyers for the daughter of actor, Meadow, conclude that a different hypothesis . Thus, "the car was traveling between 100 and 115 km/h before the accident," and not in the vicinity of 160 km/h as had been reported by investigators.
Moreover, the star of the saga "Fast and Furious" have had several ribs broken because of the safety belt but have survived the accident.
It's the explosion and fire of the Porsche that would have cost him his life. Paul Walker would indeed stuck 1 minute and 20 seconds after the shock in the vehicle and would have burned alive according to TMZ. The report submitted to the court by the daughter of Paul Walker therefore emphasizes the shortcomings of the car and include safety belts deemed "defective".
Meadow Walker's lawyers have also raised a number of technical failures in the Porsche Carrera GT. According to them, the vehicle wasn't equipped with the stabilization system Porshe Stability Management (PSM), which prevents swerving. The car would then be out of control with speed. In May 2014, the widow of Roger Rodas had already filed a first complaint against the automaker. She said the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT had no effective collision protection or tank safety device. The complaint argues that adequate safety equipment could have saved the life of the actor of "Fast and Furious" and his friend.

80 like Martial

Manchester United and Monaco have reached an agreement for the transfer of Anthony Martial. Subject to the medical examination, the attacker of 19, held in the France team to face Portugal and Serbia in a friendly match, will join the Mancunian club for € 60 millions, more 20 millions bonus.

Its price, € 60 millions excluding bonuses, up Anthony Martial second in the ranking of the most expensive French players in history behind the idol of a whole people, Zinedine Zidane. The playmaker of the Blues had been transferred from Juventus to Real Madrid for € 73.5 millions in 2001. At 80 million euros, it would simply become the most expensive transfer in the history of the Premier League, tied with Belgium Kevin De Bruyne, from Wolfsburg to Manchester City for € 75 millions + € 5 millions bonus. Martial well exceed Angel Di Maria and € 75 millions during his transfer from Real Madrid to Manchester United last season.
If we count bonuses, to 80 million euros, Anthony Martial includes the top 10 most expensive players in history. The attacker of only 19 years just climbed behind Luis Suarez, paid 81 million euros Barcelona last year and fourth in this ranking. It would be as much as James Rodriguez, during his transfer to Real Madrid in Monaco. AS Monaco definitely has a knack for sale.
Call them the pros of trade: Anthony Martial reselling € 60 millions (excluding bonus), AS Monaco garnered a profit of € 55 millions ! Monaco had indeed bought the nugget offensive at Olympique Lyonnais for five millions euros in 2013.

€ 30 millions for Kondogbia at Inter, € 25 millions for Kurzawa at PSG, € 20 millions for Abdennour in Valencia, the same amount for Carrasco at Atlético Madrid, € 7.5 millions for Ocampos in Marseille. With 60 millions for Martial, and knowing that these amounts don't include bonuses, Monaco is more than € 160 millions in cash flow this summer.

Side Olympique Lyonnais also, we rub our hands. Club trainer of the French striker, Lyon will affect at least € 12 millions under a profit on resale and training compensation. This makes the transfer of Martial the biggest money coming to OL this summer ! What repay the € 12 millions spent to Sergi Darder.
